Who we are

What we collect and why
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), message (optional), the tour, date, number of guests and preferred departure time.
We use this data only to answer your request, confirm or decline the booking, arrange the tour and, after your tour, ask whether you would like to leave a review. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives your data
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes requests sent through it.
- Supabase stores booking requests in a database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- [email provider, e.g. Google] sends the emails about your request.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data for [period, e.g. as long as required by Croatian accounting law for completed tours, and 12 months for requests that did not lead to a booking], then delete it.
Cookies
The public website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The owner’s admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep the owner signed in.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
